Your order
By selecting the agreement box and proceeding to checkout, you confirm that you have reviewed your cart and selected the intended products, sizes, colours and quantities.
Delivery details
You are responsible for checking that your name, email, phone number and delivery address are complete and accurate before submitting the order. Contact LuxeLabz as soon as possible if you notice an error. Changes cannot be guaranteed after an order begins processing or has been dispatched.
Product information
You confirm that you know LuxeLabz has no affiliations with any of the brands shown. You confirm that you have reviewed the product description and available images. Colours may appear slightly different depending on screen and lighting settings.
Payment, availability and order acceptance
Orders are subject to successful payment, product availability and verification. If LuxeLabz cannot fulfil an order, or if an obvious pricing or listing error affects it, LuxeLabz may cancel the affected item and provide the appropriate refund.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by carrier or customs delays. Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under the LuxeLabz Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Purchase Agreement excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
