Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Orders are subject to successful payment, product availability and verification. LuxeLabz may cancel an affected item and issue the appropriate refund if an item is unavailable or an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred.
Product information
Please review each product description, image, colour, size and quantity before ordering. Screen and lighting settings may cause colours to appear slightly different.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Available payment methods and any delivery charges are shown during checkout.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is handled under the LuxeLabz Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under the LuxeLabz Refund and Returns Policy.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Website use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or use its content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

LuxeLabz may update these terms when store practices or legal requirements change. The version published when an order is placed applies to that order.
